Questo edificio si pone come cerniera tra Via Puecher e Via Battisti all’interno di un lotto irregolare, ed è costituito da un impianto ad H con due corpi di fabbrica più bassi, dedicati agli uffici, ed uno trasversale alto da sette piani per gli alloggi. Ritornano anche in questo caso alcuni temi che verranno poi sviluppati anche nel Condominio il Giardino, come il mix di funzioni, la presenza di più corpi di fabbrica per definirle, l’andamento spezzato della pianta.

This building is conceived as an urban hinge between Via Puecher and Via Battisti, within an irregular parcel, and it is constituted by an H plan, with two low buildings devoted to the offices, and an other transversal one, six floors high, for the dwellings. Also in this case we find a few themes later developed in the Giardino Residential Building, such as the mix of functions, the presence of more than one volumes for defining them, the broken perimeter of the plan.
