Il tema della villa unifamiliare è stato sviluppato sfruttando la grande libertà d'azione per ottenere la migliore esposizione solare secondo una pianta a T, nella quale sull'asse verso sud sono stati disposti i locali di uso diurno (cucina, pranzo e soggiorno) mentre sul fronte verso est sono state collocate tutte le camere.

The theme of the one-family house has been developed using the great freedom for having the better sun exposition with a T-shape plan. The kitchen, the dining and the living room are in the southern front, all the bedrooms are in the eastern.
