Situata in una zona collinare di carattere residenziale, l'intervento prevede il restauro e l'ampliamento di un manufatto esistente. La nuova copertura ha portato alla creazione di un tetto a più falde e su più livelli, che tendono a seguire il profilo del pendio dell'edificio. L'edificio si presenta con una facciata più aperta verso il panorama a sud, e più chiusa sul lato a nord, caratterizzata da una stretta vetrata che esce dal volume che sfrutta il lungo taglio verticale necessario per l'illuminazione della scala di collegamento dei quattro livelli.

Located in a hilly residential area, the intervention involves the restoration and the enlargement of an existing building. The new roof has led to the creation of a a series of pitch volumes on the different layers, which tends to follow the profile of the building's slope. The building has a southern facade more open towards the panorama, and more closed on the north side, characterized by a narrow window that comes out of the volume that is layed the long vertical cut necessary for the lighting of the staircase connecting the four levels.
