La casa unifamilare è collocata sulla sommità di una zona collinare. Per questo motivo le scelte distributive privilegiano questa caratteristica, collocando la zona dei servizi al piano terra e le aree a giorno e le camere matrimoniali al piano superiore. Due ampi bow-window dividono il soggiorno  dall'ampio terrazzo, inquadrato da un cornicione che sottolinea ancora una volta la visuale privilegiata. Il terrazzo e la zona giorno vanno a costituire un blocco autonomo volumetricamente, che si incastra nel volume principale dell'abitazione. Lo stacco tra i due piani avviene anche a livello materico: l'edificio nella sua parte inferiore è rivestito in pietra, mentre il volume superiore aggettante presenta una superficie in clincker. Il collegamento tra i tre livelli avviene tramite una scala collocata nel cuore della casa. Ma il piano primo, il principale dell'abitazione, si connette al livello del giardino tramite una scala esterna.
