L'edificio è formato da due corpi di diversa altezza, con un grande salone per la parte più bassa ed una piscina per l’altra. La parte relativa al salone è chiusa da pareti, con grandi finestroni dotati di lamelle parasole agli angoli. La copertura è piana, con una grande cupola ottagonale. Questa prima parte dell'edificio è collegata con un tunnel sospeso alla casa esistente. La struttura della piscina è invece formata da pilastri ottagonali ed ampie vetrate, con una copertura piana provvista di lucernari. A livello materico, le pareti perimetrali sono in marmo bianco a fasce grigie, con i contrafforti e la scala rotonda in ceramica verde acqua.

The building consists of two bodies of different heights, with a big hall for the lower part, and a pool for the other. The part with the living room is closed by walls, lighted by large windows with sunshade strips at the corners. The roof is flat with a large octagonal cupola.
This first part of the building is connected by a transparent tunnel to the existing house.

The structure of the pool is formed by octagonal pillars and large windows, with a cover fitted with skylights.
About the materials, the perimeter walls are in white marble with gray bands; the buttresses and the round stairs are in green water ceramic.
