Il progetto si sviluppa su tre livelli: il garage interrato, il piano commerciale con il parco e la “terrazza” antistante il municipio. Il piano mediano, coincidente con l'attuale Piazza Vittorio Veneto, è caratterizzato da un viale posto in diagonale che divide lo spazio in due funzioni distinte: una a verde pubblico e l'altra adibita a struttura polifunzionale coperta. Lungo il viale principale è stata prevista anche una  struttura, che ha la sua logica continuazione in un pergolato in legno coprente con uno spazio attrezzato da panchine e delimitato da una vasca con fontane e fiancheggiata da una struttura commerciale-polifunzionale.

The project is developed on three levels: the garage, the business plan with the park, and the "terrace" in front of the town hall.
The median level, coinciding with the current Piazza Vittorio Veneto, is characterized by a path placed in a diagonal that divides the space into two distinct functions: one for gardens, with an array of paths organized in an irregular pattern paved in beole, that form areas equipped with benches and trees, and the other used as a covered multifunctional structure. Along the main street there is also a small structure with a bar, which has its logical continuation in a wooden pergola covering an area equipped by benches and surrounded by a pool with fountains, bordered by a commercial structure.
