Commissionata dall'immobiliare S. Apollonia Srl, la Galleria Mobili d’Arte è in ordine di tempo la prima delle nuove esposizioni destinate ad ospitare i mobili realizzati in modo artigianale dalle botteghe canturine.

Realizzato con una struttura tradizionale in c.a. e muratura con un rivestimento pseudoisodomo in pietra, l'edificio si caratterizza per le basse finestre a nastro che, correndo su tutte le facciate, conferiscono all'insieme un carattere di forte orizzontalità, e per l'angolo arrotondato interrotto dalla grande vetrata delle scale. L’edificio è stato recentemente ristrutturato con modifiche anche all'esterno, ed adibito completamente ad uffici.

Commissioned by S. Apollonia Srl, Galleria Mobili d’Arte is, in the chronological order, the first of the new exhibition buildings designed to house the furniture made by craftsmen shops from Cantù.

Built with a traditional structure in concrete and masonry with a pseudo-isodomic stone cladding, the building is characterized by low windows that, running along all the sides, give a strong horizontal character, and by the curvilinear corner interrupted by the large window of the stairs. The same building was recently renovated, with changes also outside, and completely dedicated to offices.
